Obituary of Katherine Fleeman

Katherine W. Fleeman , who loved to be called mom, mother, and Granny by her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchild, Departed her loving family to be with the Lord on November 2, 2021. Katherine was born in shepherd, Tennessee on December 28, 1929 to James F. Walters and Beulah Brinkley.  Katherine graduated from Marietta  High school in Marietta, GA in 1947. Katherine was a mother of Patricia (Patty) Fleeman, Karen Bryant, Rebecca Shuler and Donna Golden. Katherine worked side by side with her husband, Hollis J. Fleeman for 65 years. Katherine enjoyed crocheting, sewing, embroidery, word search puzzles and jigsaw puzzles. Katherine loved desserts but her favorite was Little Debbie apple pies. Katherine's constant companion was a white, fluffy pomeranian named Phoena.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Hollis and her eldest daughter, Patty. Katherine is survived by her daughters Karen F. Bryant and her husband Belvin of Clarksville, Florida, Rebecca Shuler of Apalachicola, Florida and Donna L. Golden and her husband Jerry of Bremen, Georgia. Katherine was a proud Granny of fifteen grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. Katherine loved bragging about all her grands.
