Lilia Helena Williams, 88 of Blountstown, passed away Wednesday, February 10, 2021 in Panama City. Lilia was born May 24, 1932 in Los Angeles, California to the late Charles Marshall and Lilia Helena (Bixby) Marshall and had worked with the Calhoun County Library for many years.
Survivors include her sons, Scott and John Williams both of Blountstown and Raymond Richardson of Las Vegas, Nevada; her daughter, Susan Warren of Scottsdale, Arizona; her sister, Lottie Muldrow of Marion, South Carolina; her grandchildren, eight grandchildren including Samantha Williams and four great grandchildren.
Memorialization will be by cremation.
